Law of Assumption: How to Manifest in 4 Steps

Law of assumption is the law of how the world works. It means what you assume will manifest into your reality.

What is the law of assumption (Loa)?

Law of assumption is the law of how the world works. It means what you assume will manifest into your reality. Everything happened in our life has once been assumed by us before.

The reality is duplicating our imagination. In other words, what we assume, forms our reality.

For instance, if I assume I’m worthy of love and respect, then of course love and cherish me. But if I assume people hate me, despite me, then yes, people around won’t treat me right.

In short, loa means you control what and how you think and feel, then the law will make it come true.

So how to do that exactly?

Step 1: Know what you desire

Before start doing anything, dive deep to think about what you really desire. Maybe you want to manifest love, money, car, or anything. No matter what you want to manifest you don’t have feel ashamed about it. Everything is possible.

You can pick something small to test, like a cup of coffee or what you always wanted to manifest, like a dream job or a relationship.

Personally, I recommend you pick something like a cup of latte or a piece of cake to test the theory if you still doubt the law. Once you test it and get, you will start to believe.

But remember, whether you believe it or not, the law always exists, which means please always use it on something lovely to both you and the others.

Step 2: Let go of all the limiting beliefs

After you pick what you want to manifest, here is what might happen to you. What if I can’t…? What if I failed? But someone told me that…? Maybe that doesn’t belong to me. But I don’t have… etc.

All of these are limiting beliefs. These are the reasons why you can’t get what you want because your assumptions are: I can’t.

Dive deep into yourself and see what the limiting belief you are still holding onto, and let go, redirect, or change the narrative.

Change them into: I can…, I love…, I’m worthy of…, those are just other people’s/my past experiences, but they don’t define me.

It’s not easy. Sometimes, this step might make you feel vulnerable or insecure. But it’s okay. Please take some time to believe you genuine deserve love, respect, and everything wonderful in this world.

Step 3: Imagine have it

After pick what you want to manifest and let go of all of the limiting beliefs, it’s time to ‘assume’ it!

The most effective way is to visualize it.

You can visualize you have a wedding ring on your hand, you live in that ideal house, you work where you have always wanted, or you going to your favorite country.

And FEEL it.

Feel the excitement, the peace, the happiness and the satisfaction you might have when you finally manifest what you want.

Neville once said, “Feeling is the key.

So not only to visualize but the most important thing is to FEEL it.

Step4: Persist till it happened

Sometimes, some desire manifests really quickly while others take time. So there’s no need to rush. Everything has its own timing.

Even if you don’t manifest what you want immediately, it doesn’t mean they are not working behind the scenes. Give the universe time to work. And let it unfold naturally.

People and the environment will move for you, thus keep revesting your visualization and feel it till it unfolds in your reality.

And one day, you will know that it happened.

Law of assumption: What to do if I’m discouraged by the external world?

Once we start manifesting, we might notice that the thing still didn’t go as we expected.

Those are just the after images of our old assumptions. Don’t discourage by those. You can feel upset or angry all you like; nevertheless, remember in the end of the day, always redirect to what you desire and fall asleep with that belief and vison.
